WhatsApp booking software for rental businesses
Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. Raahvi turns those messages into bookings you can find again, without asking anyone to download anything.
The enquiry becomes a record
A message asking "is the Creta free this weekend?" becomes a booking record with a vehicle, dates and a customer — instead of a line in a thread you scroll back through on Monday.
The quote is the same every time
Price comes from the rate card you set: daily or hourly rate, included distance, extra-distance charge and the deposit. Nobody has to remember what you quoted the last customer.
Your customer installs nothing
They use WhatsApp and, if they want to browse first, a web page. There is no app, no login and no account for them to create — which is the whole reason this works at a rental counter.
The booking page does the browsing
Send one link and they can see the fleet, the rates and the deposit before they message you, so the conversation starts at "I want this one" rather than "what do you have?".
What this does not do
Enquiries reach your own WhatsApp number from day one. Automatic replies and the guided booking flow require that number to be connected to a WhatsApp Business channel — until it is, you reply yourself and the booking is still recorded.

Booking CRM
Every rental as a record: customer, vehicle, dates, deposit, documents and what happened at return. Searchable later, so a repeat customer is not a stranger.
KYC & deposits
Capture renter documents, track every security deposit until it is returned, and record vehicle condition at pickup and return — so disputes are settled with evidence.
Self-drive cars
KYC and licence checks, security deposits, distance limits and a condition record at every handover.
Two-wheelers
Hourly and daily slabs, add-ons like helmets, and handovers fast enough for a walk-in queue.
Cameras & electronics
Serial numbers, pooled stock of identical bodies and lenses, and weekend rates that price themselves.
