IT hire runs long. Monthly rates sit alongside daily and weekly ones, so a six-month corporate hire is quoted from the same rate card.

Condition evidence at both ends

Photographs at handover and return are attached to the booking, which is what settles a damage claim on a returned machine.

Questions before you start.

Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Your customers open your booking page in a browser and message you on WhatsApp. There is nothing for them to download and no account for them to create.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?
Yes — your booking page shows your number, and enquiries arrive in your own WhatsApp exactly as they do today. Automatic replies and the guided booking flow require that number to be connected to a WhatsApp Business channel; until it is, you simply reply yourself and the booking is still recorded.
How long does setup take?
Adding your first vehicles, rates and deposit takes most operators about ten minutes. Photographs and your rental terms can be added afterwards without taking the page down.
How is the 3% calculated?
It is 3% of the rental amount on bookings you actually complete. Bookings that are cancelled before they start are not charged.
Is the security deposit included in the fee?
No. The refundable deposit is excluded from the fee calculation entirely. It is your customer’s money being held and returned, so Raahvi does not treat it as revenue.
Can I list cars, two-wheelers and equipment together?
Yes. Cars, two-wheelers, laptops and general equipment are all supported, each with their own rates, deposit and usage limits, on one booking page.
